1 | can | (11 oz.) Mexicorn, drained | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Colby-Jack cheese, shredded | |
|

prepared salsa | |||

1 | package | (3 oz.) shrimp | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | green onion, thinly sliced | |
|
Divide tortilla chips onto 2 plates. Top with layers of lettuce, corn and cheese. Spoon salsa over salads. Top with shrimp and green onions.
