2 | pkgs. | (10-oz.) frozen corn or chopped broccoli | |

1 | cup | Bisquick Baking Mix | |

1 | cup | milk | |

2 | eggs | ||

1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|

1 | cup | shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ozs.) | |
|
Heat oven to 325 F. Butter 5-cup souffle dish or 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Cook corn as directed on package; drain. Beat baking mix , milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in corn and cheese. Pour into souffle dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
