Yield: Makes 1 cup
3/4 | cup | corn oil | |

1/4 | cup | fresh lemon juice | |

1 | large clove ( 1 tsp. ) minced garlic | ||

1 | tablespoon | anchovy paste | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | sugar | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese | |
|
1. In blender ( or jar with lid ) place all ingredients except cheese. Blend 1 minute ( or shake vigorously ). Stir in cheese. 2. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
