1 | Tablespoon | butter, softened | |

|||
2 | slices | thick, deli corned beef | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | sauerkraut, rinsed and drained | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | brown sugar | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | cinnamon applesauce | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | Thousand Island dressing | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Swiss cheese, shredded | |
|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Place hash brown patties in a greased 11x7- inch baking pan. Spread each with butter; top with corned beef.
In a bowl, combine the sauerkraut, brown sugar and applesauce; spoon over the corned beef. Top with salad dressing and Swiss cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
