Sprinkle surface of chops with lemon pepper or seasoned salt.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops, about 3 minutes per side.
Combine orange juice, mustard honey and cornstarch; pour mixture over chops.
Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove chops to serving platter.
